Requests can be made through account information updates after identity verification, or by contacting the Personal Information Manager via written request, telephone, or fax. The Clinic does not provide or share children’s personal information with third parties. [LIBHIB Clinic Website Terms of Use] Chapter 1 – General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms set forth the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters regarding the use of services provided by LIBHIB Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”), in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree. Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms) These Terms shall take effect upon being publicly posted to users. The Clinic may amend these Terms in the event of changes in circumstances or for significant business reasons, and the amended Terms shall take effect in the same manner as set forth in the preceding paragraph. Article 3 (Matters Not Stipulated in the Terms) Any matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations where applicable. Chapter 2 – Membership Registration and Use of Services Article 1 (Establishment of the Use Agreement) A use agreement is established upon the Clinic’s acceptance of the user’s application for service use and the user’s agreement to these Terms. Any person wishing to register as a member and use the services must provide the personal information requested by the Clinic. Upon accepting the application for service use, the Clinic shall notify the user of the following matters: ① User ID ② Service commencement date ③ Other matters deemed necessary by the Clinic The Clinic may refuse to accept an application for a use agreement in any of the following cases: ① When the application is made using another person’s name ② When false information is entered or false documents are submitted in the application ③ When the application is made for the purpose of undermining public order or morals Article 2 (Use of Services) In principle, services are available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are operational or technical difficulties on the part of the Clinic. The service hours specified in the preceding paragraph shall not apply on days or during times designated by the Clinic for regular inspections or other necessary reasons. Even after membership registration, access to certain services may be restricted depending on the user’s age. Chapter 3 – Responsibilities Article 1 (Obligations of the Clinic) Unless there are special circumstances, the Clinic shall ensure that users may use the services from the service commencement date requested by the user. The Clinic has the obligation to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms. The Clinic shall not disclose or distribute users’ personal information to third parties without the user’s consent, except where disclosure is required by relevant telecommunications-related laws and regulations or by a request from a competent governmental authority. When the Clinic deems a user’s opinion or complaint to be justified, it shall address it promptly. If immediate handling is difficult, the Clinic shall notify the user of the reason and the expected processing schedule. Article 2 (Obligations of Users) Users bear full responsibility for the management of their ID and password. If a user’s ID is used improperly, the user must immediately notify the Clinic of such fact. Users must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Chapter 4 – Termination of Agreement and Restriction of Service Use Article 1 (Termination of Agreement and Restriction of Use) If a user wishes to terminate the use agreement, the user must personally submit a termination request online by selecting the “Personal Information Change / Membership Withdrawal” menu. The Clinic may terminate the use agreement without prior notice or suspend service use for a specified period if the user engages in any of the following acts: Acts contrary to public order and morals Acts related to criminal activity Planning or executing service use for the purpose of harming national interests or social public interest Unauthorized use of another person’s service ID or password Damaging another person’s reputation or causing disadvantage to others Duplicate registration by the same user under different IDs Acts that hinder the sound use of services or cause harm to the service Violation of relevant laws, regulations, or service conditions set by the Clinic Article 2 (Procedure for Lifting Service Restrictions) When the Clinic intends to restrict service use pursuant to Article 1 of Chapter 4, it shall notify the relevant user or their representative of the reason, date, and duration of the restriction by written notice, telephone, or other means. However, this shall not apply if the Clinic deems immediate suspension necessary. A user or their representative who has received notice of service suspension may file an objection to such suspension. The Clinic may temporarily postpone the suspension during the period required to review the objection and shall notify the user or their representative of the outcome. If it is confirmed during the suspension period that the reason for suspension has been resolved, the Clinic shall immediately lift the suspension. Article 3 (User-Generated Content) The Clinic may delete, without prior notice, any content posted or registered by a user within the service if it is deemed to fall under any of the following categories: Content that defames or slanders another user or a third party Content that violates public order or morals Content deemed to be associated with criminal activity Content that infringes upon copyrights or other rights of a third party Content that violates relevant laws, regulations, or policies established by the Clinic Chapter 5 – Changes to the Agreement Article 1 (Changes to Contractual Matters) If a user wishes to change registered information or terminate the service, the user must do so by telephone or through the service or browser. Chapter 6 – Provision of Information Article 1 (Provision of Information) The Clinic may provide users with various information deemed necessary during service use via email or postal mail.
